The fundamental aim of this concept proposal for a residential type-house development in the Baja Californian Peninsula is based on the preliminary thought - how should the sportsman/woman's house be configured?

The answer, by offering an stimulant experience contained by in-between pool yard, intimate patios or poetic water bodies. As Zumthor claims, we tried to create the ideal atmosphere.

The layout proposes two well-defined volumes that determine the spacial configuration of the house: the social zones are self contained by the living room, dining, kitchen; enhanced by the pool, grill, & the open palapa, whereas the private zones, the bedroom zones, open towards an intimate patio that promotes relaxation and peaceful joy.
